It is very difficult to be charitable when reviewing Pizza on Pittsburgh's North Side. Luigi's in Bellevue is typical of the rather sad choice in local pizzeria pizza between the slimy thin crust and the airy, bread crust, thick sicilian. It seems that the idea of decent medium crust pizza has only only been deveoped by Frank's Pizza, albiet with a rather expensive price. Sir Pizza seems to have developed a pizza which is a copycat of frozen grocery store pizza. In fact, one might say that Sir Pizza's claim to existence is really an excuse for selling beer at ridiculously high prices. Little Caesar's pizza is coming out swinging with a decent pizza for the reasonable price of $5.00 per medium pizza. Finally, Uno's Chicago Style Pizza serves a great Deep Dish Pizza, with a crust which is over baked and over priced.
